The number of participants in each of our trips is limited. Whenever we begin taking reservations, priority will go to alumni of our chocolate classes, followed by current students, then anyone on the Chocolate University Online mailing list, and finally the general public. By providing your information below you will have the first opportunity to register within your appropriate registration group.
