For the purposes of this registration page, each person can choose to be a student or a guest. A student is a full participant in the chocolate “graduate school.” There can be one or more students in each room. There can be up to 4 guests per room, up to a maximum of 5 persons per room. Guests are friends or family members who accompany the students but are not participating in all of the chocolate immersion events.

Your tour price includes:
- Local ground transportation and transfers
- Five nights of accommodations at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
- Services of a professional tour manager throughout tour
- Admission to all activities listed in the itinerary (some are “student” only as noted)
- All taxes and tips for provided services
For additional cost, travel insurance can be provided by Travelex Insurance. The benefits include coverage for personal property, trip interruption, emergency medical expenses and cancellation (please refer to the Description of Coverage for full policy details).
Your tour price does not include:
- Meals not indicated on itinerary
- Items of a personal nature
- Transportation to Central Florida
(Please note that this trip has a minimum number of participants required. You will be notified via email when we reach that number. If you plan on flying, please wait to purchase non-refundable air travel tickets until that time.)
Tour price optional add-ons:
- guests may add the wine pairing experience for $50 per person (already included for students)
- students and guests may add the Disney Dining Plan for $330 per person ($110 for children age 9 and under)

Register now to get on the travel list. Your position is prioritized once we receive a deposit of $500 per person. Deposits are refundable until November 15. Final payment is due by December 30, 2013.
Early registration and deposit payment is encouraged. Deposits are processed in the order received to establish final registration position. If the number of deposits received exceeds the number of permitted attendees, the last deposits received will be returned within 7 days.
All cancellations must be in writing. The date of postmark will determine the amount of refund due. Refunds are based on that date. From the time of deposit to November 15, 2013, full refund will be issued (except in the case of credit card payment, in which case a $50 cancellation fee will apply). From November 16, 2013 to December 30, 2013, a $500 cancellation penalty will be assessed. From December 31, 2013 to February 1, 2014, a $1000 cancellation fee will be assessed. Anyone canceling after February 1, 2014 will receive NO REFUND. Trip cancellation insurance (available for a fee) can save you money if you are forced to cancel or alter your trip for a covered reason only. Please refer to the Description of Coverage for full policy details.
To register, please complete this form. You may have up to 5 persons in a room. At least one must be designated as a student. A student is able to participate in all events. Guests receive everything except the student-only events.
To keep online registration simple, we are just asking for basic information at this time. We will follow up regarding options. Your reservation is not complete until $500 per person deposit is received. You may submit that payment below or mail a check to Alan Feirer, Group Dynamic, 212 N. 14th Avenue, Winterset, IA 50273-2802. Or, you may print out a complete registration form and submit with your deposit.

Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel this trip due to lack of subscription. In the event of cancellation of the trip in its entirety, a full refund of all deposits will be made to passengers enrolled at the time of cancellation. It may be possible, that due to unforeseen events, conditions, or changes in schedules, the land portion of the trip may be extended or shortened. Some savings realized by such occurrences may be refunded, and some extra expenses incurred must be borne by the client. Trip cancellation insurance is available. This optional protection can save you money if you are forced to cancel or alter your trip for a covered reason only. Please refer to the Description of Coverage for full policy details.
Responsibility: Group Dynamic, Chocolate University Online, Up at Dawn LLC, their officers and employees, tour hosts, or any other persons or vendors connected with the tour shall not under any circumstances be liable to the client under or by reason of this agreement directly or indirectly for any accidents, injury, delay, damage, or inconvenience caused to the client by negligence of others, by malfunctions of transportation systems or equipment, by acts of war, terrorism, or rebellion, strikes, theft, itinerary changes, extreme weather conditions, or cancellations, and the client hereby releases the above mentioned corporations and persons from any and all such liability. The travel and transportation providers concerned are not held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on their coaches or conveyances. Any and/or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall not have nor incur any responsibility to any traveler aside from their liability as common carriers. Other rules may also apply.
